Step 1

I sketch my ideas on paper using pencil, ink and sometimes I use a photo directly.

Step 2

I scan in the original sketch.

Step 3 

I recreate the original sketch in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool.

Step 4

I change the line thickness.

Step 5

I choose my colours and build highlights or shadows to give the illustration depth.
